- Strong telephone skills handling customer queries and resolving negative and sometimes hostile issues.

- 3-5 years experience working with internet, software and/or computer companies providing telephone support services.

-Strong MS Office suite skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

- Strong Internet usage skills with internal and external applications.

- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Have a strong desire to work both individually and within a team structure.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Handle fast paced work load.

- Communication with clients via telephone, E-Mail, and an Internet type AIM.

- Research and resolve complex internal and external client issues with attention to detail a must.

-Handle diverse administrative and accounting duties.

-Possess strong data entry skills - typing ability required at 50-60 WPM.

Requirements:

The selected person will divide their workday between handling customer queries, performing data analysis and processing of computer email data. He/she will interact with customers telephone inquiries concerning specific email mailings; engage the customer in specifics, grasp the issues, direct them to the appropriate person contact and insure a positive experience for the customer!
There will also be opportunities to engage in special projects, work with accounting department and support the sales team.

Requirements:

- experience with an Internet technical company including help desk support for: software/hardware; enterprise software; recruitment services; on-line shopping; reservation systems
- experienced handling hostile situations
- Computer literate and ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
